BWA Architecture provided the owner with initial lease plans and conceptual office layouts for potential corporate tenants. The comprehensive renovation of the first floor area included architectural and interior design, complete MEP systems upgrades, and construction administration services.

 

The new 18,500 sf office space includes a showroom, 3 kitchen spaces, private offices, conference rooms, “war rooms” and a large open plan office area. All spaces are ADA-compliant and acoustically designed to reduce environmental work noise.

BWA Architecture transformed a tired and dark lobby into a bright, elegant and timeless space that resonates with the building’s original architectural style creating a welcoming atmosphere for years to come. Renovations include an air-lock vestibule and revolving doors to reduce energy use, LED wall-wash lighting to enhance travertine walls and “elevate” the space along with a custom-designed reception desk with planters and decorative wall-bands.
