BWA Architecture designed new office spaces at Salem State, transforming vacant areas into an open concept, welcoming and functional space to conduct “the business of being a student.” Centrally located for ease of access, One Stop Shop Student Service Center is now a bright, airy, inviting and professional space. The community-centered space accommodates staff and includes flexible public space to allow for peak period functions. The large service counter provides includes self-service kiosks, and the new design provides easy access to private offices, with acoustic considerations to minimize conversations being heard by others.
